Refund & Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer the following refund and return policy.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions below.

Items eligible for return:

  • Products that are unused, in their original sealed packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Products that arrived damaged or defective
  • Products that were incorrectly shipped (wrong item received)

Items NOT eligible for return:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or removed from original sealed packaging (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at time of purchase
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Hygiene Policy: Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of items that have been opened or used. This policy exists to protect the health and safety of all our customers. This does not affect your statutory rights in the case of defective products.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damage or defect

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email support@noctisintimacy.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back in its original packaging using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the eligible product for a refund and place a new order.

6. Discretion

All return shipping labels and communications will be discreet. Our return address will not reference our brand or product category.
